You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using Inkling, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.

Inkling is a free, web-based multiplayer social deduction drawing game. The Service includes:

• Real-time multiplayer drawing gameplay
• Temporary game rooms accessible via room codes
• Social deduction mechanics where players identify the "faker"

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players
• Use offensive, inappropriate, or hateful usernames
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to disrupt the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
• Share room codes publicly to disrupt game rooms

All content included in the Service, including user interface design, graphics, and source code, are the property of Inkling and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
